The Township of Lacey rents out the use of Community Hall for private parties to its residents on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. The hall is available on Friday evenings from 5:00 pm until midnight. On Saturdays and Sundays the hall is available for two time slots: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm to midnight. The cost per session is a $200.00 rental fee and a $200.00 refundable deposit, which will be returned to the resident if the hall is left in a good clean manner. If the Saturday or Sunday is available for both time sessions, the resident may rent it for the entire day for a $400.00 rental fee plus a $200.00 refundable deposit. To see if a date is available you can call the clerk's office at 609-693-1100, ext 2200.  The dates book up quickly, we suggest you try and book your event at least 6 months in advance.  Payments can be made by cash, money order or personal check from the Township resident.  Payment in full must be made within two weeks of reserving a date.
