COVID-19/ Marriage License Procedure

Our current office procedure is that we are taking marriage applications where the applicants are getting married in the near future. To make this appointment all applicants must have a confirmed wedding date along with the name and address of who will be performing the ceremony.

Download the Marriage Licenses application (REG-77)

The first page of the application should be filled out. (Please print neatly)

Page 2 of the application should remain blank until appointment time so the information is witnessed in front of the Municipal Registrar. (Per State Law)

The appointment you make is for the Local Registrar to review the information on page 1 of the application that you are providing.

Please Bring to Your Appointment: Marriage Application filled out, both applicants must have ID showing current address, bring one witness 18 years or older with ID and a $28.00 fee (cash or check)
