ORDINANCE #2026-01

First reading of an Ordinance affixing and determining salaries, wages, and compensation of the officers, employees and members of the governing body of the township. This ordinance amends the existing salary ordinance for seasonal employees.

Notice is hereby given that the forgoing ordinances were introduced and passed by the Township Committee on first reading at a meeting held on the 8^th day of January, 2026 and will be Considered for second reading and final passage at a regular meeting of the Township Committee to be held on the 22^nd day of January, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building located at 818 Lacey Road, Forked River as which time and place any persons desiring to be heard upon the same will be given the opportunity to be so heard.
