Polling Locations have been condensed. The following locations are available for Provisional Ballot voting in Lacey Township:
- Knights of Columbus, 15 East Lacey Road, Forked River - Districts 1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 15, 17
- Community Hall, 101 North Main Street, Forked River - Districts 5, 6, 14, 18
- Lanoka Harbor Fire, 2 Warren Avenue, Lanoka Harbor - Districts 3, 4, 13
- Lacey Municipal Building, 818 Lacey Road, Forked River - Districts 9, 10, 12, 16
All voters that arrive at the polling place will vote on a provisional ballot. (Paper Ballot to Vote)
There is no machine voting unless you have a qualified disability and will have to testify to this by filling out a “Certificate of In-Person Voter with a Disability” form at the polling place.
However, before a disabled voter can vote on the ADA Compliant Voting Machine, the Board Worker is required to verify by telephone with the County that the voter is an eligible voter at that location and has either not been issued a Vote-by- Mail ballot nor returned a Vote-by-Mail ballot if one was issued.
MAIL-IN-BALLOTS CANNOT BE DROPPED OFF TO THE POLLING LOCATIONS!
All Mail-In-Ballots must be either mailed in and postmarked by July 7th, dropped off at a drop box by 8pm on July 7, 2020, or delivered to the Board of Elections at 129 Hooper Avenue, Toms River by 8pm on July 7th, 2020.
