6/24/2024 - Lead-Based Paint Inspections for Rental Units in Lacey Township

In accordance with New Jersey's Lead Safe Certification Act (N.J.A.C.5:28A) the Township of Lacey has partnered with LEW Environmental to provide a comprehensive solution to ensure compliance with the State Law. You may have received a postcard if you own a rental unit or a second residence in the Township. If your home is not a rental, you may complete the "Not a Rental Unit" form and you will be removed from the Township's rental records.
