Dear Resident/Property Owner,
We are informing you about an upcoming bulkheading project scheduled to take place along Yacht Basin Plaza South.
During this project, Yacht Basin Plaza South will be closed to traffic at the intersections of Paradise Point Boulevard and Yacht Basin Plaza, as well as Lakeside Drive East and Yacht Basin Plaza. However, access to your residence will remain available via Maritime Drive.
The
project is expected to commence during the week of December 9th and is anticipated to be completed by March 15th. R. Kremer and Son Marine Contractor, LLC will oversee the work and will notify residents prior to the start of construction.
