NO PARKING ON SNOW COVERED ROADWAYS 

PARKING PROHIBITED !!!!

Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that is covers the streets and highways, an emergency shall exist and no vehicle shall be parked on the street or highways. Ordinance 323-10B.  This includes all vehicles and objects - (e.g., portable basketball hoops)

The above parking prohibitions will remain in effect after the snow has ceased and until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.

Snow is forecast for Lacey Township this weekend!  All vehicle owners are requested to comply with Ordinance 323-10B.  This will permit Lacey Township Public Works to plow the roads for the residents.  Summonses will be issued !!!
