Zoning Office

Under the direction of the Director of Community Development, the Zoning Officer shall perform all duties required by the Municipal Land Use Law and the peculiar ordinances of the Township of Lacey relative to the development and use of land. All Zoning inquiries can be directed to the Zoning office.  It includes such items as residential fencing, additions, sheds, various signage, and general use of property zoning matters. Data regarding special flood hazard areas can also be obtained from the staff. The department also coordinates Township activities with the Planning and Zoning Boards.

Planning Board
